Best Gaming Technology announced the completion of an estate-wide rollout of self-service betting terminals into the David Pluck (Northwest) Limited chain.
“SSBTs have already proved to be incredibly popular with our customers, particularly for football bettors, with over 80 percent of staking being on football and much of it incremental,” said David Pluck Ltd Chief Executive and Owner David Pluck. “They have enhanced our football performance and driven turnover and margin, and bring in new customers to enjoy the huge variety of football selections and markets offered.
“After an early trial, it was an easy decision to make to roll the terminals out to all shops, and from terminal one to a full estate rollout it was achieved in less than three months, in part to the professionalism of BGT.
“As self-service betting terminals become increasingly prevalent in betting shops across the country, clients expect that they will have access to a terminal in any and every shop they walk into. We wanted to cater for that demand.”
