In what may be the first European-based daily fantasy site, Fanaments has launched a multi-sport daily fantasy sports site.
It will also go live with sports including NBA basketball, Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts and PGA golf.
The Maltese-licensed platform rs Bragi Ægisson (CEO), Arnor Davidsson (CPO) and Gudmundur Sveinsson (CTO), allows users to choose a different team each game day.
“Daily fantasy has become a huge hit in the USA but its more traditional, season-long or weekend-only equivalent in Europe and elsewhere has gone stale,” said company CEO Bragi Ægisson. “There are also few options to play for real money on this side of the Atlantic or on any sport other than football. We’re very happy to change that and add a new layer of excitement to people’s favorite sport.”
