Eric Frank recently was named director, legal affairs at Montreal, Quebec-based Amaya Gaming Group. Previously Frank was an associate at the Duane Morris LLP law firm for seven years. He also served as an associate with Wolf Block, Archer & Greiner, P.C. as a legislative aide.
An expert in gaming regulatory issues for both land-based and internet gaming clients, Frank brings to his new position experience in licensing and compliance, acquisitions and mergers, litigation, bankruptcy and administrative matters, primarily in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and throughout the U.S. and internationally. He also has represented Indian gaming, lotteries and horse racing interests.
