GGB PODCAST: Daron Dorsey, President & CEO, Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers

The gaming supplier world has grown tremendously in recent years, and few organizations are as important to that growth than the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers, led by President & CEO Daron Dorsey (l.).

The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) has been a major player in gaming since its inception more than 20 years ago. Daron Dorsey was named executive director in 2022 and was recently named president and CEO in recognition of the progress he’s made in moving the organization forward. He spoke with GGB’s Roger Gros and iGamingBusiness Editor Robin Harrison via Zoom in August.

Roger Gros is publisher of Global Gaming Business, the industry’s leading gaming trade publication, and all its related publications. Gros was named “Businessman of the Year” for 1998 by the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Gaming Association in 2012 as part of the annual AGA Communications Awards.
