GGB PODCAST: Terry Glebocki, Chief Executive Officer, Ocean Casino Hotel

When Terry Glebocki arrived at Ocean she found a series of owners and senior management that has failed to utilize the property to its full potential. When she was first appointed interim CEO and later permanent CEO, she began to turn the property around by a series of physical changes and innovative marketing campaigns. Then the pandemic hit. Turns out it was a bump in the road because once Ocean reopened, it has continued to increase revenue and market share. She explains how the property navigated the pandemic and how it is performing now with all restrictions removed. She spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros for the cover story of the August issue at Ocean in June.
