Leading gaming testing company Gaming Laboratories International announced the opening of its Global Lottery Instant (Scratch Card) Ticket Testing Laboratory at its Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada location, through an agreement with Opportunities New Brunswick.
Based on repeated client demand over the past year throughout the company’s global network of clients, GLI decided to establish a Global Lottery Instant Ticket Testing Lab. To facilitate this latest service and the triple-digit growth the Moncton office has experienced this past year, GLI has relocated its Moncton office to 11 Ocean Limited Way, Suite 130, Moncton, NB E1C 0H1, Canada and is actively recruiting and hiring to expand current staff.
The new office houses GLI’s certification testing and lottery instant ticketing labs as well as the SLI Global Solutions Quality Assurance and Professional Services Practice.
“I am extremely excited about the GLI Instant Ticket Testing Lab and the fact that we can offer instant ticket testing services to our valued lottery clients,” said GLI Director of Lottery and Gaming Thomas Bierbach. “Having managed and operated a ticket testing lab myself, along with auditing instant ticket operations and testing globally, the GLI Instant Ticket Testing Lab will be a tremendous value proposition for lotteries around the world.
“I am excited to run operations at the GLI Moncton Ticket Testing Lab, where our lottery clients benefit from the unparalleled expertise and quality they are accustomed to from GLI. We can now provide clients with world-class instant ticket testing services that fall under our ISO 17025 quality management system. While a handful of labs offer instant ticket or scratch testing as a sideline, GLI is the only lottery industry-specialized, dedicated and independent instant ticket testing lab in the world, and we are proud of it.”
GLI Managing Director of Quality Assurance and Professional Services Greg Doucette added, “The signing of this new agreement with Opportunities NB only solidifies the commitment GLI has made to New Brunswick over the past four years. We are really excited about the triple-digit growth we have achieved during 2015 and are looking forward to an even better 2016.”
