GLOBAL GAMING BUSINESS PODCAST: David Lucchese, Executive Vice President, Games, Everi Holdings

This week the GGB Podcast visits with David Lucchese, the executive vice president of games for Everi Holdings, about how the former Multimedia Games has prospered following the purchase by Global Cash Access and the formation of Everi.

David Lucchese brought a great pedigree to Global Cash Access when he joined the company as VP of sales in 2010. Years with Bally Technologies gave Lucchese a solid background in slots and systems. For a time with GCA he wasn’t able to use that experience, but now it’s back on the front burner. After GCA bought Multimedia Games, CEO Ram Chary assigned Lucchese the task of transforming the games division of the new Everi company and continue the success that made Multimedia such a good buy for GCA. Lucchese talks about the strengths of the merger and the plans to continue to grow the games side of Everi’s business. He spoke with GGB Editor Frank Legato from his office in Austin, Texas, for the cover story of the December issue of GGB magazine.
