With technology advancing so rapidly in all industries., Earle Hall has been at the forefront in many gaming applications,. Including slots and table games. Hall’s newest venture AXES.ai focuses on blockchain and artificial intelligence, both of which have tremendous potential in the gaming industry. From a marketing perspective operators can anticipate the needs of their guests and provide a level of customer service never imagined before. From a harm minimization angle, operators will be able to head off any serious problems because AI and blockchain will set off alarms way before even the customer is aware of any problem. But there are hurdles to overcome before any of that can be accomplished. Hall spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros at his offices in Las Vegas in March.
