Eric Persson has a long history in slot operations. With experience at Caesars, MGM and others, he spent the last seven years as the top slot executive at Las Vegas Sands. His latest job is a 180-degree turn from those years, as he is now in charge of selling slot machines and systems for Aruze Americas, one of the most innovative slot companies in the market today. He says he understands the goals of operators, but more importantly, he also understands their pet peeves and will steer Aruze away from those problems. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros at the Aruze offices in Las Vegas in May.
