GVC Holdings is a huge online gaming company consisting of such powerful brands as PartyPoker and PartyCasino, bwin, Ladbrokes, Coral, SportingBet and more. GVC also has a relationship with MGM Resorts in the U.S. to run its New Jersey iGaming operations and now has reached an agreement to operate its online sports betting business across the country. Nick Batram was recently appointed the head of investor relations and corporate strategy for GVC. He has more than 30 years experience in the London finance business and has spent the last 21 analyzing the leisure and gaming sectors. Batram explains how his company is growing and why its recent acquisition of Ladbrokes Coral will transform the company culture. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros at the GVC offices in London in August.
