GLOBAL GAMING BUSINESS PODCAST: Robert Saucier, President & CEO, Galaxy Gaming

This week, the GGB Podcast wraps up a series on table games with a discussion with Robert Saucier, the president and CEO of Galaxy Gaming on why he believes tables are the growth area of the casino going forward.

Galaxy Gaming is one of the few independent table games companies left on the market. The dominant player, Shuffle Master, was swallowed up by Bally Technologies and then Scientific Games. But Galaxy continues to innovate and create popular games. With an installed base of more than 5,000 games in over 600 casinos, the company remains a strong competitor. Founder Robert Saucier has developed and grown five successful start-up companies, including one that opened the first non-tribal casino hotel in Washington state. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros for the cover story of the April issue of the magazine at his offices in Las Vegas in February.
