Frustration is growing in Nevada as Governor Steve Sisolak has extended the stay-at-home order once again until May 15. He says that date will begin phase 1 of the recovery plan, but that state casinos will not reopen until phase 3 or 4. Sisolak did pass along responsibility for reopening the casinos to the state Gaming Control Board and Chairwoman Sandra Douglass Morgan. She got on the phone last week with GGB Publisher Roger Gros to discuss how the casinos will reopen, what will some of the stipulations be and how they will be enforced.
