GLOBAL GAMING BUSINESS PODCAST: Walter Bugno, Chief Executive Officer, International, IGT

Even with the recent erosion of its market share in the U.S., IGT is still the dominant manufacturer in North America. It’s not the case all over the world, and Walter Bugno is responsible for building that market. Because of its expertise in North America, IGT understands what games and technology work, so Bugno’s job is not so daunting. IGT has game studios in all jurisdictions and its growth is occurring in all markets. Bugno talks about the games that are popular across cultures and the systems that often make the difference between success and failure. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros at the ICE trade show in London in February.
