The Rank Group’s Grosvenor Casinos division has completed installation of a wide-area progressive system linking table games across its entire estate to a giant progressive jackpot.
The system, from Scientific Games Corporation’s Shuffle Master division, covers over 100 blackjack tables across the U.K. and, with more than a dozen game options, customers can buy in with a £1 side bet per round, the Grosvenor Ace King Suited progressive side bet. Customers have the chance to win one of three progressive jackpots; minor, major or mega.
The mega jackpot pays out a guaranteed minimum of £10,000 if the customer and the dealer draw a blackjack match by both holding the ace and king of the same suit.
