GVC Holdings has announced it will join the All-in Diversity Project, joining the likes of IGT, Caesars, Scientific Games, and other gaming companies in benchmarking diversity, equality, and inclusion in the global gaming workplace.
The gaming industry-driven initiative was launched in 2017 by Christina Thakor-Rankin and Kelly Kehn to create the tools companies need to analyze the progress in their workplace and the industry as a whole.
“GVC is delighted to join the All-in Diversity Project as a founding member,” said Shay Segev, GVC CEO. “We are a multi-cultural business that values, celebrates and respects individual differences, so whatever your sexuality, gender, gender identity, ability, age, race, religion or belief, you will have a voice here, and the space to do your best work. We look forward to working with our partners to make our industry a more inclusive environment.”
“GVC is a great addition to our roster of founding members,” said Kelly Kehn, co-founder of the All-in Diversity Project. “As a multi-channel, multi-jurisdictional industry leader, they bring an unrivalled knowledge and global perspective of the industry that, along with a passion to lead and share their best practices, will help us take another huge step towards a better more inclusive industry. We are proud to welcome them.”
GVC has over 25,000 employees across 20 different countries from United Kingdom to Brazil and the Philippines.
All-in’s flagship tool is the All-index, which sets an annual benchmark for diversity, equality and inclusion by surveying gaming companies across the globe.
Other founding members of the All-in Diversity Project include Microgaming, SiS, Betsson, Flutter, Gaming Innovation Group, and Kindred Group.
