Richard Haddrill, who was chief executive officer of slot supplier Bally Technologies when it was acquired by Scientific Games Corp., has resigned from the Scientific Games board of directors. The resignation was confirmed in a Nasdaq filing July 24. No reason was given for his departure.
Haddrill stayed on as a member of the Scientific Games board after the $5.1 billion merger, serving as a consultant in an agreement that was renewed four times since February 2018. He was most recently executive vice chairman of the board.
