For the third consecutive year, Hard Rock Hotels has been ranked the number one brand among Upper Upscale Hotels in the J.D. Power 2021 North America Guest Satisfaction Study. The study measures and analyzes guest satisfaction, advocacy and loyalty through 33,000 guests’ responses to survey questions and ranks more than 100 hospitality brands across six market segments.
In addition, Hard Rock Hotels received the highest score of all hotel brands across every category surveyed in the study. Hard Rock was ranked number one in six factors: arrival/departure, guest rooms, food & beverage, services and amenities, hotel facilities, and cost and fees.
