Caesars Entertainment has named four longtime casino executives to top posts at its Horseshoe Baltimore Casino, which opens in the summer. Three of the four are already Caesars employees.
Brian Carr, who has worked for Caesars in Illinois, New Jersey and Louisiana, will be the Horseshoe’s vice president of finance. Noah Hirsch, currently with Horseshoe Cleveland, will be the vice president of marketing in Baltimore. Mike Foster, a 10-year Caesars employee currently working in Northeast Ohio, will be director of video lottery terminals for Horseshoe Baltimore.
Bob Westerfield, a 34-year industry veteran who most recently was director of table games for Dover Downs in Delaware, will b e director of table games for Horseshoe. Westerfield will be responsible for hiring more than 1,000 dealers and supervisors for the casino.
