International Game Technology Plc. announced deals to install system solutions at two tribal casinos in Montana and one in Texas.
The company announced an agreement with S&K Gaming, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of the Flathead Indian Reservation, to install IGT Advantage 9.2 casino management systems and a selection of systems applications at Gray Wolf Peak and KwaTaqNuk Casinos in Montana.
Following a highly competitive bidding process, IGT secured an agreement to replace competing systems with a comprehensive installation including Service Window and related bonusing applications Xtra Credit, Point Play and Point Pursuit.
“The continued momentum in IGT’s systems business and the award of this highly competitive replacement agreement is based upon our unique capabilities to help operators of all sizes scale their systems as they position their properties for growth,” said Nick Khin, IGT senior vice president of sales, North America gaming and interactive. “The expansion of IGT Advantage systems in Montana will help Gray Wolf Peak and KwaTaqNuk Casinos establish a new level of service and interaction that can significantly enhance the gaming experience for players today and in the future.”
“Replacement of our casino management system was a decision that required considerable research and consideration,” said Bryon Miller, interim CEO of S&K Gaming. “IGT Advantage with Service Window truly stands apart from competing systems for its ability to streamline back-room operations while offering players new bonus experiences and personalized offers. We’re excited to leverage the full capabilities of IGT systems as part of our expansion plans for Gray Wolf Peak and KwaTaqNuk Casinos.”
IGT also announced an agreement with Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel to enhance the Texas property’s IGT Advantage casino management systems with NexGen 2 in-game hardware.
This Advantage 9.2 enhancement provides the latest IGT bonusing applications to players.
“Our enhancement of the casino management systems at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel speaks to the strength of our partnership and the reliability of IGT systems,” Khin said. “Our systems innovation is second to none in the gaming industry, and it enables IGT to offer our customers exactly what they need to meet specific operations and player needs in any market.”
“Winning is bigger in Texas, and with our latest casino expansion, IGT’s Advantage system plays a strategic role in offering our players new and exciting bonus opportunities,” said Robin Miller, general manager of Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel. “We evaluated other systems solutions on the market, and it was clear to us that IGT’s Advantage 9.2 platform combined with the latest NexGen 2 hardware was the best option for helping us to drive greater player interaction, loyalty and rewards.”
