International Game Technology PLC announced that Sara Condo, IGT director of global regulatory compliance, was recently honored as “Compliance Professional of the Year” at the 2023 Global Regulatory Awards.
This awards program, hosted by Vixio Gambling Compliance, recognizes and celebrates the achievements of individuals, teams and organizations across the gaming industry who have excelled in compliance, corporate social responsibility, and safer gambling.
“Sara is an accomplished professional within IGT’s gaming compliance organization and has been a trusted member of our team for more than four years,” said Luke Orchard, IGT senior vice president and chief compliance and risk management officer. “She drives exceptional results for IGT and continues to set the highest standards of integrity while navigating complex compliance projects. In her current position, Condo oversees regulatory compliance for IGT’s product verticals in regions across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. She has been instrumental in helping the company enter new markets by leading IGT’s efforts with jurisdictional clearance, sanctions and general compliance matters.
