Innovative Technology Ltd., a U.K.-based manufacturer of banknote validators, has expanded its offices in Oldham, Manchester, and increased its staff by six on the way to what officials say will be the addition of up to 30 new staff positions over the next year.
The construction of the Innovative Business Park and building work at the head office is expected to be completed by the end of August, providing new office space for up to 150 staff.
It’s part of an effort by ITL to expand all of its operations. Managing Director Aidan Towey has attributed this growth to heavy investment in development, illustrated by a product range at ITL that includes the new SMART Ticket product.
“This is an exciting time here at ITL,” said Recruitment Manager Carole Harker. “It isn’t just the number of new staff we are looking to bring in but the variety of jobs we are looking to fill that sets us apart from other employers. Throughout January and February we filled six jobs, each in a completely different discipline.”
New facilities will include state-of-the-art offices for the company’s development and operations teams, and a new gym for all staff.
