Joseph Eve Wins Oklahoma Contract

Joseph Eve CPAs has won a contract to conduct a Title 31 assessment for a multi-site casino operator in Oklahoma after answering an RFP.

Joseph Eve CPAs announced it has won an RFP to conduct a Title 31 Assessment for a multi-site casino operator in Oklahoma. This is the latest in a string of recent attestation contracts the firm has won in the state.

To strengthen national security, the federal government continually evolves casino Title 31 requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act, and this assessment will help the tribal operator ensure the casinos meet the highest possible compliance standards. The assessment will also look for any risk areas and propose mitigating solutions, as well as best practices to consider adopting moving forward.

“Compliance is of utmost importance to casino operators in Oklahoma and across the U.S.,” said Justin Worum, audit supervisor for Joseph Eve. “We are excited to bring our unsurpassed Title 31 expertise to this latest assessment, helping the tribe to close any gaps, increase compliance and avoid any potential costly fines.”

To bring the latest information about Title 31 to casino operators, Joseph Eve is producing the seminar “Title 31 Compliance and Developments” in Las Vegas May 19-20, with the host location to be finalized later this month. The two-day seminar will present critical information that is necessary for compliance officers, finance officers, gaming commissioners and auditors to stay on top of the evolving world of Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act.
