The new Tengri Casino Resort, currently under construction in Kazakhstan’s Almaty region, will offer hotels, residences, casinos, golf courses, retail, horseracing and a Silk Road entertainment park and marina. It will be situated between an 87-mile long lake and the new superhighway and high-speed rail from Beijing to Amsterdam, designed especially for the massive Silk Road project.
Big Lifestyle and Development will be the exclusive sales and marketing partner for the casino resort. A Big Lifestyle spokesperson said the developer will have gaming exclusivity in the 1,800-mile radius, and has plans to build several integrated resorts offering the area.
The Marine Silk Road Bank is funding $50 billion in New Silk Road infrastructure projects, including ports, roads, railways and airports across Central and South Asia.
Just last week, Steve Wynn reportedly met with President Nursultan Nazarbayev and other government officials about possible joint ventures to develop hotels and possibly casinos in the mid-Asian nation.
