Latest Attempt to Bring Lottery to NV Centered Around Mental Health

Even though lawmakers have tried to establish a lottery system in Nevada for decades, their efforts have always failed. This year, however, Assemblyman C.H. Miller has proposed an amendment to the state Constitution that would create a lottery and earmark revenues for youth-focused mental health services.
