Metropolitan Gaming has finished the acquisition of Park Lane Club London (l.). This occurred through an asset sale for Silverbond Enterprises Ltd. The club operates on two floors of the Hilton Hotel in Mayfair.

Metropolitan Gaming now owns Park Lane Club London

A subsidiary of Metropolitan Gaming has completed the acquisition of Park Lane Club London. The purchase occurred through an asset sale conducted for Silverbond Enterprises Ltd.

Located in Mayfair, on two levels of the Hilton Hotel, the casino includes a gaming floor, private gaming room, and an outdoor gaming lounge and bar area.

Metropolitan Gaming CEO Michael Silberling said in a statement, “We are thrilled to be adding the iconic Park Lane Club to our portfolio of casinos in the UK.” He added, “It is an excellent addition to our portfolio of premier casinos and we have exciting plans to invest in and develop the business moving forward.”

Silberling continued, “We look forward to welcoming the Park Lane Club team to Metropolitan Gaming and creating safe and memorable experiences for our guests in the new location.”
