The Navajo Nation has partnered with Hard Rock Digital to offer a sportsbook in Arizona. It will be live by the end of March. It becomes the 12th operator to offer digital sports betting in the state.
With the launch, Hard Rock will be operating sports betting in three states, including New Jersey and Iowa, in addition to its home state of Florida.
Arizona state law allows up to 10 gaming tribes to partner with operators to offer sports betting, plus eight professional sports team.
Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (NNGE) interim CEO Brian Parrish, commented, “Mobile sports and event wagering is an important new offering that we’re excited to introduce.” He added, “The Hard Rock sportsbook mobile sports wagering platform and our brick-and-mortar operations will offer a broad range of wagers, marketing promotions, and cross-marketing offers that will be unique to the Navajo and Hard Rock brands.”
