The ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas has renovated its convention center and added new suites and amenities to elevate the experience of its guests in the Tower Suites.
“We created Aria Tower Suites to offer another new opportunity for guests to have an extraordinary experience,” Hotel Operations Vice President Paul Berry said. “We continue to redefine the concept of a modern luxury resort destination on the Las Vegas Strip.”
The Tower Suites offers 258 suites ranging from 920 to 2,000 square feet and includes the private Tower Suites Lounge, VIP parking, and a separate entrance. The larger suites offer executive hospitality, which might come in handy for convention attendees.
Improvements to the 300,000-square-foot convention space are scheduled to be done this month and include new media walls, high-tech furniture, charging stations, registration areas, and other amenities.
The convention center’s four customizable media walls can be used for displays, conference signage, meeting updates, and news programming. New tech tables make it easier for convention-goers to stay connected, and charging stations throughout the venue ensure batteries stay full.
The prefunction areas also feature new furniture to increase seating capacity by 40 percent and accommodate more than 200 people.
The Shops at Crystals is a journey through couture and cuisine and now includes 13,000 square feet of multi-level, flexible meeting space. Able to accommodate up to 980 guests, The Event Space at Crystals overlooks ARIA’s colorful dancing waters of Lumia and gently cascading waters of the Focus Water Wall, providing a stunning backdrop to any occasion.
Culinary gatherings are an important part of any successful event itinerary. Within ARIA’s impressive list of 16 restaurants featuring some of the world’s most critically acclaimed chefs and restaurant designers are two exciting new dining options.
Carbone, a celebrated concept out of New York, opened its Las Vegas doors in October 2015. Classic Italian-American cuisine pairs well with unforgettable Captain tableside service, world-class sourced ingredients, and award-winning culinary craftsmanship. The restaurant is comprised of several distinctive spaces with their own personalities. A striking private dining room with one long table can accommodate up to 40 guests or can be divided into two smaller rooms. Other spaces include a semi-private White Room for groups of up to 30, The Blue Room with walls composed of tiles from New York subway stations seats up to 60, and The Red Room with a stunning floor-to-ceiling Murano Glass Crystal Chandelier can accommodate up to 105. Groups can book private events for breakfast, lunch, dinner and receptions.
Opening late December 2015, Herringbone will feature the first indoor, outdoor dining experience at ARIA. The patio, surrounded by a lush garden landscape, will provide the ideal backdrop to mingle and enjoy the California-inspired coastal cuisine from celebrated chef Brian Malarkey. The indoor dining room and outdoor patio will be able to seat up to 111, while the lounge will be able to accommodate up to 66 guests.
In addition to the new spaces, ARIA redefines the group check-in and check-out experience with its new mobile check-in so attendees can bypass the hotel lobby and head straight to their room or next meeting.
