Betfair plc announced the appointment of chief operating officer, Mark Brooker, to its board as an executive director.
Brooker has been COO since April 2014, having joined Betfair in March 2010. He was previously managing director of the company’s Sportsbook division and Corporate Development Director.
He will continue to be based in the company’s Dublin office, maintaining his duties as COO, with managerial responsibility for operations outside of the U.S., the company said in a press release.
