New Mexico Racino License Still Up In Air

A court challenge by a disgruntled applicant has kept the New Mexico Racing Commission from awarding the state’s fifth and final racino license since December. The board wasn’t expected to move on the license until the challenge is addressed although it was on the agenda for last week’s meeting.
