NEWave has signed an agreement with Ancora Software to market the ancoraDocs automated invoice processing solution to casinos. The company has also expanded its relationship with Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in California.

Leading compliance software supplier NEWave announced an agreement with Ancora Software under which NEWave will market the ancoraDocs automated invoice processing software solution to its gaming industry clients.

The ancoraDocs Accounts Payable Invoice Processing solution is scalable to fit any size organization, and works seamlessly with any accounting or ERP system. The solution is easy to install, requiring very little setup with superior ease-of-use. Accounts-payable clerks and managers alike can use it to automate manual processes.

“At NEWave, we create innovative and specialized solutions for our gaming clients and business partners that help streamline operations across all departments,” said Clair Rogers, NEWave’s senior vice president of sales. “Our consultative approach and broad product line allow us to provide end-to-end solutions that our nearly 300 casino customers have come to count on. The ancoraDocs Accounts Payable Invoice Processing software complements our existing solutions, bringing greater efficiency and tremendous value to our client base.

“The automated invoice processing capability of ancoraDocs is powerful, generating additional cost savings within an organization by accurately and automatically capturing data and decreasing manual data entry.”

“We are extremely pleased to add NEWave to our reseller community,” said Noel Flynn, CEO of Ancora Software. “NEWave is a leading solution provider, plus the market they serve is new to Ancora Software. So that makes for a very exciting partnership and opportunity. We look forward to providing additional efficiencies to their client base with our highly advanced AP product. Both Ancora and NEWave are innovators and leaders—with those common denominators, we anticipate a great relationship.”

In other NEWave news, the company announced it has again expanded its relationship with Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino. Tachi Palace already uses many NEWave software modules, and now NEWave has installed its Audit Manager software at the property.

Tachi Palace CFO James Snead said, “We have had a very good relationship with NEWave for many years, and we trust the company, their staff and their software to help increase our efficiencies and protect us from fines. We are pleased to now be expanding our relationship with NEWave.”

Audit Manager is a sophisticated module of NEWave’s award-winning myRevenue Manager that enables a property to quickly and easily conduct an audit of the gaming and/or non-gaming sides of the operation. Audit Manager scans and digitizes a wide range of paper documents, reducing storage space and increasing efficiencies.

Owned by the Tachi Yokut Tribe, Tachi Palace has been a NEWave customer since 2010.
