NY Senator Pushes Cuomo on Mobile Sports Betting

New York gaming supporters lack two items in their quest for a complete casino package. One is casinos in New York City. Another is mobile sports betting. Last year, Governor Andrew Cuomo’s legal counsel deemed the wagers unconstitutional. A new counsel is a little more open.
