Potawatomi Casino Announces Reservation-Only Gambling

Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee announced effective August 24, guests can sign up online to reserve gaming sessions, a change in the previous policy allowing only FireKeepers Club members. Reservations will be taken at paysbig.com. A guest must have a reservation in order to enter a gaming session. Guests who are not FKC members may sign up for a free guest account in order to make reservations.

Officials said spots are limited, so visitors are asked to make their reservations early, or sign up at no charge during open sessions at the casino to become a Fire Keeper’s Club member.

Potawatomi guests may make reservations for four 3-hour daily gaming sessions: 9 a.m. to 12 noon, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. to midnight. Temperature checks and masks are required.

New safety and health protocols in response to Covid-19 include hand sanitizing stations throughout the property; plexiglass divider panels at slots and service areas; and signage encouraging social distancing. Smoking is not permitted. Cleaning and sanitizing frequency has been increased in all public spaces.

The hotel is open at 25 percent occupancy. Table games, off-track betting, poker and bingo are closed, as well as all restaurants except for take-out service. The spa, fitness center, retail, valet and banquet services remain closed.

Officials said, “These measures, among others, will remain in place until the science and accompanying data show it’s safe to move closer to pre-pandemic operations.”
