The SBC Digital Summit North America will be held July 14-15 with a range of digital conference panels and presentations alongside a virtual exhibition hall, robust chat features, and specially-themed networking sessions. The North American event comes on the heels of the inaugural SBC Digital Summit last month, which included seven different tracks over five days.
Sue Schneider, vice president of growth and strategy at SBC, explained: “The reaction we have had from the North American market to the SBC Digital Summit was so strong that we recognize the need for hosting a virtual show dedicated to the North America gaming industry.”
The North American event will include two days of conference sessions that will take a comprehensive look at the industry, covering topics like sports betting, iGaming, casinos, lotteries, fantasy sports, regulatory updates, payments, affiliate marketing, the Canadian market and compliance.
The virtual event will also have a full expo hall, with virtual booths that enable suppliers to book meetings with potential customers, make new contacts, showcase their product offerings to attendees via video, and distribute product literature.
Delegates can connect in a virtual networking lounge with facilities for both one-to-one and group chats between attendees, and special online networking sessions focused on specific groups within the industry.
“Sharing of information is incredibly vital at this uncertain time,” said Rasmus Sojmark, founder and CEO of SBC. “We’re all hopeful that by mid-July, the industry will be getting back to normal. But no one knows what that new normal will look like or exactly how long it will take us to get back to full capacity. Having this event will go a long way in getting the industry to that point.”
