Scientific Games Corporation announced a major enterprise-wide system deal in Canada, where the company’s Bally system solutions will replace a competitors’ system across all 28 casino sites of the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, connected to more than 14,000 slot machines.

AGLC will utilize a host of world-class Bally systems software and hardware solutions including the company’s SDS and CMP systems along with the iVIEW DM player interface and EBS bonusing, which provides casinos of all sizes with competitive and scalable slot-management and casino marketing systems.

“We are excited to embark on this expanded partnership with Scientific Games,” said a statement from Bill Robinson, president and CEO, and Niaz Nejad, vice president of lottery and gaming services at the AGLC. “After a comprehensive RFP process, we selected the innovative Bally systems to replace our existing slot accounting system because we believe these tools will help us offer our players an exciting gaming experience and provide us the necessary information to grow our business. We consider this another big step in our progress towards our casino modernization efforts.”

“Scientific Games is privileged to be selected by AGLC for their enterprise systems solution provider,” said Robert Parente, chief revenue officer, gaming, for Scientific Games. “Our selection further affirms Scientific Games’ strategic focus and attention to innovation and system technology in the Canadian marketplace.

“These systems solutions further enhance our opportunities to share our massive product portfolio and provide innovative gaming content to players in the region. We look forward to continuing a fantastic partnership.”
