SEC Commissioner Emphasizes Athletes’ Mental Health

Southeastern Conference Commissioner Greg Sankey (l.) said athletes' mental health should be considered before sports betting is further expanded. He cited examples such as whether a field goal is made or missed or a 3-point try is successful. Sankey said SEC presidents and chancellors support the NCAA 's efforts to seek federal legislation regulating sports wagering.
