SG Gaming, the division of lottery and casino giant Scientific Games that supplies content to U.K. betting shops and online sites, announced that it has launched the first two titles of its sister company, WMS Gaming, ever to be included in its shops.
WMS favorite Zeus II and Road Hog, a new WMS title, are the first in a line of WMS titles that are being made available exclusively to SG Gaming customers in the licensed betting office (LBO), arcade and bingo sectors following the acquisition of WMS by Scientific Games last year.
Both games were previewed at the ICE Totally Gaming 2014 trade event in London, 4-6 February.
SG Gaming began deploying both titles to customers across the LBO, arcade and bingo sectors in late February. The rollout is expected to be completed in the coming months.
Road Hog was developed by SG Gaming’s in-house content development team. Headed by Rick Mountney, U.K. director of content development, the team has led the creation of titles such as Rainbow Riches and Money Mad Martians.
“Our games have a strong track record of driving significant cash box revenue,” said Mountney. “They are innovative, and their themes are proving popular with players. Road Hog continues in that vein. It is an exciting slots game and we expect it to be a success across the LBO, arcade and bingo sectors.
