Stake.com has made its debut in the U.K market, officially launching its site in the country after securing a license. The site will run in partnership with TGP Europe, which will power sportsbook, casino and gaming products as part of a global expansion plans beyond its core Latin American and Canadian markets. It is operated by its Australia and Serbia-based teams, according to SBC News.
Stake.com also has plans to offer “unique and exclusive betting markets and propositions” in the U.K., including esports, entertainment and political events.
“Following a successful launch, our U.K.-facing and licensed website stake.uk.com is now live, offering sportsbook, casino and gaming products to the U.K.,” said Dominic Rae, sponsorships manager for Stake.com.
“Customers will have access to a range of sportsbook markets including odds coverage of unique betting events in esports as well as a full suite of responsible gambling tools.”
In keeping with the times, Stake.com pledged to follow responsible gambling standards, using tools such as deposit limits, timeouts, and self-exclusion systems.
