Surveys by Smartphone at Linq

Caesars Entertainment joins companies including Starbucks and Casio to get customer feedback through smartphones at its new Linq development on the Las Vegas Strip. The California technology provider Osurv provides to capability.

Caesars Entertainment has partnered with Osurv, a California-based technology company, in a technology that will allow Linq visitors to participate in real-time mobile surveys.

The Linq is Caesars’ new 300,000-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment corridor on the Las Vegas Strip. Visitors will now be encouraged to use their smartphones to give feedback via a web-based survey of about 10 questions that should take less than a minute to complete, the Las Vegas Sun reported.

“It’s fresh. It’s innovative. It’s what customers want when they’re giving feedback,” said Aaron Abram, Osurv’s chief operating officer.

“We are thrilled to debut next-generation survey technology at the Linq,” said Jon Gray, the district’s general manager. “With Osurv, we are setting a new standard in guest feedback on the Las Vegas Strip.”

Abram welcomed the opportunity to get instant widespread customer feedback.

“The amount of insight they can get in a month is more than the entire Strip can get in a year,” he said. Another advantage of instant survey results: it gives the company the ability to instantly respond to and resolve complaints.

“In this new economically driven world, you just can’t build something nice and new and leave it at that,” said Abram. “You have to look at what’s in front of you and make it better” using constant feedback from your customers.
