Tropicana Las Vegas announced a continuing revitalization of its restaurant offerings for 2017.
“At Tropicana Las Vegas, we are constantly looking to enhance our guests’ experience. Now with three new and updated dining options on property, our visitors can enjoy everything from freshly brewed coffee to made-to-order salads and one-of-a-kind dining settings,” said Aaron Rosenthal, General Manager of Tropicana Las Vegas in a press release. “This is just the beginning of welcomed changes to the property, and we are excited to continue to revitalize each touch point for our guests.”
According to the release, new offerings include:
Barista Café
Located near the Club Towers, the newly-remodeled Barista Cafe is now serving freshly brewed coffee and refreshments for guests to enjoy. The coffee bar now features an all-new modern-tiled, subway look and allows guests a grab and go experience.
Biscayne Steak – Sea – Wine
The refined, upscale steakhouse, Biscayne has reopened for guests to enjoy. Featuring a twist on the classic steakhouse, guests can experience the all-new energetic bar and lounge area. Improvements include an updated, contemporary bar space complete with a 150-label wine display and an expanded lounge with a new sleek interior. In addition, the restaurant has added a lounge menu to its offerings and features a selection of tapas, cocktails and craft beers.
Fresh Mix
The all-new Fresh Mix at the South Beach Food Court is now offering salad and wraps, perfect for the leisurely dining experience. In addition, the salad bar allows guests to customize their salad and wraps with warm and cold protein selections such as flank steak, carne asada, smoked salmon, marinated tofu, along with choice of greens and mix ins. From signature dishes to build-your-own options, guests can enjoy high quality, fresh ingredients all in a quick service environment.
