
Fechik, formerly at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, will oversee all marketing strategies and initiatives for Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, aiming to drive growth and enhance the guest experience. He joins the casino leadership team ahead of the introduction of an all-new casino and resort loyalty program, Cherry Rewards.

Forward-thinking property
At the Venetian, Fechik held various leadership roles, most recently as vice president of premium mass marketing and national marketing. He was responsible for executive hosts, service floor hosts, outbound telemarketing casino marketing representatives and the regional marketing team.
