VizExplorer announced that it will deploy its operational intelligence marketing systems at the Suquamish Clearwater resort in Washington state and the Hard Rock Rocksino in Ohio.

VizExplorer announced two new contracts for deployment of its market-optimization software, one in California and the other in Ohio.

The company, a leading provider of operational intelligence solutions for casinos, announced the deployment of three VizExplorer products at Washington state’s Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort.

Clearwater selected campaignViz for marketing campaign management, floorViz for slot floor optimization, and hostVizOps for real-time player development.

Clearwater marketing has started to use campaignViz to enhance its campaign management, player segmentation and reporting ability, while the slots team benefits from tools to visualize and optimize performance of its 1,250-machine gaming floor with floorViz. Hosts are now enjoying a robust CRM with hostVizOps, including mobile access to player data, real-time player activity alerts, and automated task management to streamline communication with VIP players.

Owned by Port Madison Enterprises, the economic development authority of the Suquamish tribe, Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort joins more than 50 other tribal casinos currently using the VizExplorer platform. The agreement was handled by VizExplorer reseller Game Changing Technologies, a provider of licensing and consulting services to companies doing business in the casino industry.

The company also announced that Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park in Ohio, a 200,000-square foot venue paired with the area’s only harness racing track, is employing campainViz for marketing.

CampaignViz simplifies player segmentation, streamlines campaign creation and analysis, and automates offer management and optimization––helping marketers save time and grow the effectiveness of their marketing activities.
