WSOP OK’s Credit-Card Registration

Players in the World Series of Poker, May 31-July 18 at Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, may register online using credit cards via the Bravo Poker website. Also WSOP Fast Track Kiosks will be set up throughout the venue, allowing players to print seat cards and receipts.

The World Series of Poker will take place May 31 through July 18 at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. New this year will be an online registration process, now open and accepting payments by credit card. The new system, available via the Bravo Poker website, will streamline the registration process for players at WSOP events.

Players must register at least 72 hours ahead of the time they plan to use a credit card for WSOP events, which will be priced at $1500 or less, including Daily Deepstacks and satellite events. There will be no waiting period for subsequent online registrations. A $3 processing fee and 2.95 percent fee will be added to all online registrations. These additional fees are not paid to the Rio or the WSOP.

Another innovation this year will be WSOP Fast Track Kiosks, similar to the online boarding pass system used at airports, where players can print seat cards and receipts for any future online registrations. The Fast Track Kiosks will be set up in designated points around the Rio.

On-site registration will open at the main casino cage on May 31 at 9 a.m. The cage will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Credit cards still may not be used for on-site registration.
