Wynn Resorts has named Jocelyn Bluitt-Fisher, a respected community advocate in Las Vegas, to the position of director of community relations.
Bluitt-Fisher will be responsible for the development and implementation of Wynn Resorts’ philanthropic and community relations endeavors, including establishing charitable programs and partnerships within the operator’s charitable focus areas.

Most recently, Bluitt-Fisher served as the director of corporate philanthropy and community engagement for MGM Resorts International, where she was credited for implementing corporate programs that educated and engaged the company’s employees on community needs and issues. In addition, she was responsible for overseeing the company’s charitable giving including the employee-based giving program, the MGM Resorts Foundation.
Prior to that, Bluitt-Fisher served as senior neighborhood services specialist for the city of Las Vegas, where she was responsible for developing and administering grant programs as well as coordinating volunteer opportunities to engage citizens in improving their neighborhoods.
An active community member, Bluitt-Fisher has helped design several education and youth engagement programs that encourage youth to take ownership of their communities while also serving as a board member of the Public Education Foundation, the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition’s Committee on Homelessness, and the Las Vegas Urban League.
