Diana Bennett’s Paragon Gaming is staying on as exclusive operator of the off-Strip Westgate Las Vegas (l.). Both sides have hailed the relationship, which was launched in 2015 and has seen some $200 million in capital improvements to the former Las Vegas Hilton.
