Aristocrat Leisure Limited officially launched its new Aristocrat Interactive real-money iGaming division last week, combining the operations of recent acquisition NeoGames.
The new division includes all units previously operating under its Anaxi branding and those obtained via its acquisition of Neo Group Ltd., including NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet and Pariplay. A new website is planned to launch by September.
Moti Malul, former CEO of NeoGames, was appointed CEO of Aristocrat Interactive in April.
In a presentation to investors, Aristocrat management also unveiled Aristocrat Interactive’s go-to-market structure and key leadership appointments, with the segment to operate with five business units: iLottery, Content & Aggregation, Gaming Systems, iGaming & Sports, and iGaming White-Label.
The company’s various real-money gambling (RMG) offerings will sit under the new Interactive umbrella, including its casino gaming systems offering catered to land-based casinos. This will be led by Neil Crossan.
Ilottery will be led by Chris Shaban, content and aggregation by Adrien Bailey, iGaming and sports by Dima Reiderman and the white-label product by Jonathan Chilton, the company confirmed.
Each department head will fall within the role of managing director.
The interactive business will seek to create “the new frontier of connected experiences,” Aristocrat said in a statement.
