Agilysys, a leading provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, will be deploying its Visual One PMS, Insight Mobile Manager and rGuest Pay products at the Rancheria Miwuk Tribe’s Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort in Jackson, Calif.
Visual One PMS is an integrated property management system that offers a wide range of features and functionality, including front office operations, guest history, housekeeping, reservations management and more. It offers optional modules for accounting, activities, club management, comp accounting, condo accounting, guest marketing, sales and catering and spa management. Other features include a rate and availability calculator, enhanced guest-stay search screens and an online shopping cart.
Insight Mobile Manager is a mobile dashboard application that enables hotel managers to view key information about the property quickly and easily from a mobile device. It integrates fully with Visual One PMS and accesses the user credentials and security protocols established in the PMS host to streamline system management.
rGuest Pay is a secure payment gateway that leverages validated point-to-point encryption, which reduces the potential for malicious hacking and fraud; a payment information proxy for securing data arriving via e-commerce interfaces; robust tokenization, which eliminates storage of cardholder data; and a range of fixed and mobile EMV-ready payment devices that ensure compliance with new card security regulations.
