Celebrity chef and TV personality Giada di Laurentiis, who opened her first eponymous restaurant at the Cromwell in Las Vegas in February, has quickly proven a winner among hotel patrons and Vegas visitors.
According to Hotel News Now, Giada’s, a 10,000-square-foot facility on the second floor of the Strip hotel, has a minimum two-month waiting list for reservations. No worries for hotel guests, however; if they’re checked in, they’re guaranteed a table at the Italian-themed restaurant.
“The Cromwell has received 83 billion media impressions since Giada joined our team,” said Eileen Moore, a Caesars regional president and general manager of the 188-room property. “She even brought The Today Show to the hotel on her opening day. Her brand has helped the Cromwell because her celebrity goes beyond any set demographic.”
The Cromwell, previously Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon, also includes three entertainment venues from nightclub impresario Victor Drai.
