Leading gaming testing company Gaming Laboratories International has named veteran compliance executive Mark Roy as manager of technical compliance. In his new position, Roy will be responsible for providing overall direction and leadership for all activities in his department, including managing client relationships and evaluating and implementing company procedures for maximum efficiency and cost containment.

Roy comes to GLI with a wealth of gaming-industry compliance experience. Most recently, he was in charge of daily operations for global technical product compliance at Interblock. Prior to that, he was product support manager for compliance at Aristocrat, and a product compliance manager at the former Shuffle Master, Inc.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mark to our technical compliance team,” said Chad Kornett, GLI’s director of technical compliance. “GLI is committed to securing the industry’s most talented and diverse personnel, which affords our clients an efficient pathway toward achieving compliance in regulated markets globally. Mark’s extensive gaming experience adds depth to the Las Vegas team, and we are happy to have him join us in our mission to provide so much more than just testing to the industry.”
