Joseph Eve CPAs announced it has won a contract to conduct a Title 31 assessment for a tribal casino in Minnesota, the latest in a recent streak of such contracts.
Earlier this month, Joseph Eve announced it won a contract to conduct a Title 31 Assessment for a multi-site casino operator in Oklahoma. To date, the firm has more than 30 assessments on its schedule for 2016.
“We are thrilled with the success we are having in bringing our expertise in Title 31 to Tribal and commercial operators across the U.S.,” said Joseph Eve partner Grant Eve, CPA, CFE. “As FinCEN continues to evolve its Title 31 requirements, casinos must also evolve to maintain the highest levels of compliance, and our detailed and thorough assessments help find and close any risk areas, helping to eliminate the casino’s risk of exposure or fines.”
In addition to its Title 31 expertise, Joseph Eve also specializes in fraud examination, and each of the firm’s partners has earned Certified Fraud Examiner designations and specializes in fraud auditing and uncovering defalcations.
Joseph Eve will educate attendees of the Indian Gaming trade show about the latest Title 31 developments, at booth 921. The firm will conduct a seminar May 19-20 in Las Vegas, titles “Title 31 Compliance and Developments.”
