The state of Kansas, Sumner County, the city of Mulvane and two Indian tribes have sued the U.S. Department of the Interior in an effort to block the Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma from building a casino in Park City. Interior in May reversed an earlier decision blocking the casino.
